Department of Plastic Surgery, SGH Hospital provides composite Plastic Surgery care to the whole of Orissa and the adjoining states.We have always aimed at providing quality care and have strived for it.This has resulted in state of art operation theatre..Apart from the surgical management, we aim to provide an excellent infrastructure to cater to patients of all strata and make them feel at ease while at the hospital.The department is primarily entrusted with providing treatment for various congenital (cleft lip, cleft palate, microtia, syndactly,urogenital anomalies), Hand injuries, Maxillofacial injuries, Soft tissue coverage.
Apart from clinical and research work,we actively work towards promotive health education and social awareness regarding burns,congenital anomalies and trauma management. |
